The only thing that works is changing your lifestyle, not going on a diet.

I love Kelly’s method because, unlike dieting, you can eat until you’re satisfied and have snacks if you’re hungry. And you naturally lose weight!

Since I’ve stopped dieting, I’ve learned how to eat in every situation, including on holiday. And I’ve stopped obsessing over calories.

It’s OK to ask for help.

We can’t always put so much pressure on ourselves to do everything on our own.
