Prior to making these 10 healthy choices, I was always “on” and “off” diets. Eventually I built so many bad habits between diets, I hit rock bottom. Sitting there, 30 pounds overweight, I decided to focus on being healthy instead of thin…
For the last 20 years I’ve been making the 10 healthy choices outlined in this challenge. And for the last 20 years I’ve been a healthy weight, had lots of energy and never felt deprived.

'I finally felt normal after struggling so long'
I wanted to share that yesterday, I [did 3 of the mini-goals in your Love Yourself by Valentine's Day Challenge] and didn't have the urge to overeat… which gave me SO MUCH PEACE. How it works & Timeline:
Anytime before February 1st:
Sign up & INSTANTLY receive a list of the 10 mini-goals that you’ll aim to do each day (1 point per completed goal).
The mini-goals are simply small adjustments to choices you’re already making, so they’re not big time commitments.
For example, for more than half of the 10 days you get a point for NOT working out.
That’s right! Rest days are healthy.
Remember:
A healthy body is the result of healthy habits.

February 2nd:
You’ll receive a link to a spreadsheet that lists the 10 mini-goals and a quick 2 minute video that explains how to track your healthy choices for points.
February 3rd to 13th:
At the end of each day you simply fill in the spreadsheet to track your points. It takes less than 30 seconds!
Please note:
To qualify for prizes, you must update the spreadsheet with your points each day.
And they’ll be a few bonus activities
(all healthy, easy and fun!)
for anyone who wants to gain extra points.
February 14th:
