Not only did Kelly’s book help me learn how to resume quickly after a setback of eating something I regretted, the way she suggests eating helped me recovery from surgery as well as chemotherapy, after a cancer diagnosis.

Under-eating followed by overeating is a frustrating pattern.
And I’d been repeating it for years.
Then I read Kelly’s book.

Following Kelly’s healthy routine (that’s based on food I like) has helped me immeasurably.
