My method is simple. As long as you report back to me honestly and are ready to try something new, you’ll unlock your HAPPY weight. For instance, many women I work with lose weight by eating more than usual. So the first week they’re worried. But they stick with the plan and love the results.

When you learn how to meet your body’s needs, you stop thinking about food and craving sweet things. This allows you to concentrate on the rest of your life. As one of my clients said: “I always wanted to eat the cupcake batter. But now that I eat regular meals I’m not interested in all the stuff I binged on before.”

The beauty of working together for a few months is that it gives you a chance to learn what foods you love that fit your lifestyle and make them a habit. Then food and eating becomes a non-issue.
